All six outbuildings have been meticulously restored to maintain their original beauty while providing contemporary value. The hero is the 30’ x 40’ two-story bank barn standing more than 40 ft tall. The bank barn’s interior houses an exposed stone foundation, roughed-in radiant heat floors, massive beams, wide-board flooring, cathedral ceilings and a brand new roof. This grand barn is currently zoned for a separate family/guest quarters or Bed and Breakfast. All required utilities (electric, water and septic) were run underground with the renovation.

The main barn, along with two smaller sibling barns, create a trio of historical structures that enable the owners to enjoy a personal passion or business at home. An artist’s studio, workshop, showroom, teaching center, restaurant and/or spa are all possibilities. A well house, corn crib and 3-bay garage have also been refurbished and stand closer to the main house. Underground electric has been run to the five main outbuildings.
